Mahmutlar is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of Alanya, Antalya Province, Turkey. Its population is 53,034. The town has been transformed by the building of holiday homes and apartments for European tourists. Roads and services have been improved to cater for the growing tourist industry.
The beach line stretches along the entire district. The district has both pebble and poured-sandy beaches. The main attractions are the river Dimchay with bays for growing trout, and a cave of the same name located nearby, which is covered with stalactites and stalagmites. The district is young and actively developing.

What I like about it
This is one of the best brunch spots in Mahmutlar but if you go at any time of day there will be something delicious on the menu!
Yeğen Fish House
Everyone's favorite neighborhood fish restaurant with a variety of freshly caught seafood and a mediterrean flair.

What I like about it
It's right next to Yekta mall and the food is always tasty and the staff are so friendly. We drop in regularly when on holiday in Mahmutlar.
Muammer'in Yeri Waterfall
You can dip in the cool waters of the rivers in the Alanya mountains before enjoying a tasty Turkish meal

You are deep in nature, feel the cool breeze of the water and sip a nice cup of tea right by the river. Just relaxing and amazing!
